Collected Personal Data

In order to provide a service, clients will be asked to enter into a Service Level Agreement.  We will require work contact details of all those with line management responsibilities including the Senior Officer and Board Members including name, position, email address and contact number. 

We may also require contact information for staff in order to provide a service and for any Consultancy such as investigations or job evaluations.

Purpose of collecting data

Contact information of staff and volunteers is required in order for GoMore Services to fulfill its contractual obligations under the Service Level Agreement including storing work related contact information in order to ensure advice is provided to those with authority to access the Service.

No personal data will be stored for longer than is necessary and all physical and digital documents and information including emails will be deleted three months after the case or consultancy has concluded.
